La Costa Resort Villas are whole ownership ‘resort condominium’ properties. Owners may use their Villa for up to 120 days per year. Days need not be consecutive.

When not in residence, owners may elect to rent their Villa by either handling it directly themselves, employing an independent rental agent approved by the homeowner’s association, or signing up with a rental management program operated by an affiliate of the La Costa Resort and Spa®. The La Costa Resort and Spa® hotel operator will provide centralized reservation services. Certain fees and restrictions apply.
